Peter Crouch has revealed he wants to step into coaching once his playing days are over.

The Stoke City striker, 34, is taking his coaching badges with the view of turning his hand to management at the expiration of his Potters contract in the summer of 2017.

"I'm going to start doing my badges next year but I feel as fit as I have been and I'm loving playing here," said Crouch.

"I want to continue playing for a good few years yet but when that day comes I want to go into coaching or managing."
