Michael Tonge, Tom Soares, and Andrew Davies are all set to make their first Stoke City starts tonight against Fulham reserves.
Out of the three, only Tonge, a £2 million capture from Sheffield United has turned out for the Potters - coming off the bench against both Everton and Chelsea.
Speaking to Stoke's official site, Potters boss Tony Pulis said: "The lads are desperate for a game.
"Wednesday will be a great time to get them into the team and try to get them as much time on the field as possible.
"Michael has come on in two of our games but Tom and Andrew are desperate to get on the pitch.
"It's been difficult for Andy because he has come here and hasn't been able to play with the lads yet because of his injury.
"He has worked in the gym with them and ran with them but he hasn't really had the chance to play much football, so it will be great for him.
"I would also anticipate a pretty similar squad to the one which beat Reading in the Carling Cup."
