Stoke City have completed the signing of non-league prodigy Ed Dryden.
?The teenager had attracted the interest of Stoke following his fine performances for Petersfield Town in the Wessex League.
?Stoke took Dryden on a trial basis during January and the young man managed to impress the Potters' coaching staff during his training stint.
?As a result, Stoke have now gone on to snap up Dryden and the midfielder has been handed a 15-month youth contract by the club.
?Upon the completion of the signing, Dryden said: "After my trial at Chelsea and my time at Aldershot Town, I'd forgotten really about having a career as a professional footballer, but it is all coming back to me now and it is really exciting."
?The midfielder will go straight into the Staffordshire club's academy set-up.?
