Stoke set to cash in on Jones, Jerome

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis admits Kenwyne Jones and Cameron Jerome could be sold.

Pulis needs to make room if he's to sign released Manchester United striker Michael Owen.

Pulis said: "We've got five strikers at the football club, so to bring another one in at the moment is not feasible. If we were to lose one or two strikers and Michael was still available we'd be in the market.

"You'll have to wait and see if any strikers go."

He added: "We're going to spend a hell of a lot of money on the infrastructure and invest in the academy. That has to be balanced off."
