Rory Delap is in doubt for Stoke City's home clash with Fulham this weekend.
An arm injury may see the throw-in specialist miss the match and has been forced to wear a sling this week.
Potter boss Tony Pulis was optimistic about Delap's inclusion for Saturday's fixture at Britannia.
"It's a case of wait and see but at this stage I'm not losing any sleep over Rory being available for Fulham," Pulis told The Sentinel.
"It's not really anything to do with his throws, it's just a problem causing him pain in the arm."
