Huddersfield have failed with a bid for Stoke City winger Ben Marshall.

The Daily Mail says the Potters have rejected a £500,000 offer from Huddersfield for Marshall and will hand him a new contract.

The 20-year-old winger has impressed on loan at Sheffield Wednesday but is out of contract at Stoke at the end of the season.
