Stoke City have rejected a bid of £15m for Marko Arnautovic from West Ham United, according to Sky Sports.

The Austrian attacker handed in a transfer request on Monday, having reportedly grown frustrated with the Potters apparent lack of ambition.

The Hammers are now expected to return with an improved offer for the 28-year old.

Arnautovic, who signed for City from Werder Bremen for £2m in 2013, has scored 26 goals in 145 outings for Stoke across all competitions.
