Stoke City know an extra £10 million is up for grabs in the final weeks of the season.
The Sentinel says that's the figure many analysts are putting on the difference between a successful and moderate finish to their campaign.
Stoke, 10th on 44 points, can realistically finish as high as eighth or as low as 11th.
And analysts believe this year's lucrative new TV deal means more than £82m if they end eighth in the table, but around £73m if they finish 11th.
