Stoke City will not appeal Robert Huth's charge of violent conduct which will see him banned for three matches.

The German defender received the charge from the Football Association on Tuesday for an errant elbow on Fulham's Philippe Senderos in the weekend's 1-0 loss at Craven Cottage.

The incident was not spotted by match officials on the day but was picked up by video footage and Huth will now miss matches against West Ham United, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion.

"Stoke City have confirmed that Robert Huth has accepted the charge of violent conduct following an incident in last weekend's game at Craven Cottage," read a club statement.
