Stoke not giving up on West Brom striker Saido Berahino

Stoke City remain keen on West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

Sky Sports says the Potters are still hopeful of signing Berahino before the transfer window closes.

Berahino was left out of the Albion starting line up for yesterday's goalless draw with Middlesbrough, and Head Coach Tony Pulis suggested after the game that he would like the striker to be sold, to help fund some new signings of his own, including Nacer Chadli and Ignacio Camacho.

Stoke have renewed negotiations with new Albion Chairman John Williams, but they have not increased their original offer of £20m.
