Stoke City have no plans to change their style of play this season.
City make no apologies for their direct game, and assistant manager Dave Kemp says the style will naturally evolve.
He explained to The Sentinel: "I don't know about modifying it, but when you have players of that quality you have to use their talents, and we will do.
"Charlie fitted straight in at Wigan last Saturday when he came on and he hadn't even trained with us at that time; he'd just watched on training session.
"That he did so well was all credit to him and what a fabulous player he is.
"He is a terrific footballer and he stepped straight into the team. There was no adjustment for him. The adjustment becomes natural because he can do things that bring positives to the team. That's what happened last Saturday."
