Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen believes Liverpool are too reliant on Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard.

Sorensen said: "Liverpool depend on Torres scoring between 20 and 25 goals in the league - if he doesn't I don't think they can win the title.

"I don't see them having as many options as Manchester United or Chelsea if Fernando Torres gets injured.

"He is an important player to them and I'm sure they are hoping he stays fit.

"I'm sure Robbie Keane will come good but when it comes to out-and-out strikers they haven't got that many.

"Gerrard is another player who they depend on because he also seems to come up with things when they matter.

"He's one of their main men like Torres."
