Stoke move stalls for Rangers youngster Ness

Stoke City's move for Rangers midfielder Jamie Ness has stalled.

The Scottish Sun says Stoke have been knocked back by the SFA in their bid to gain an international transfer certificate for Ness.

Now FIFA are set to intervene in the escalating row between the Rangers players who have walked away from the newco club - and Ibrox owner Charles Green.

Ness is the first affected, but the midfielder will still report for training at Stoke next week.
