Stoke City midfielder Giannelli Imbula is interesting Sampdoria.

Samp see Imbula as a replacement for Arsenal-bound midfielder Lucas Torreira.

Torreira is in London to complete his move this week.

Tuttosport says the Blucerchiati are considering Imbula as his replacement, after he spent last season on loan at Toulouse.

The midfielder is unlikely to stay with Stoke, as they were relegated last season.
