Stoke City management are delighted with the progress of teenage striker Jack Nardiello.
The teenage striker, who joined from Leicester City, was promoted to the reserves after his treble in Stoke's 3-1 Academy victory at Bolton at the weekend.
"He's got good pace, but is a bit unorthodox in that you're not quite sure what he's going to do. That does mean he can produce the unexpected though.
"He just needs to tidy up the rest of his game, like holding the ball up, retaining possession, working off the ball defensively and concentrating."Potters coach Dave Kevan told The Sentinel: "Jack's hat-trick was our first of the season and it was a case of being in the right place at the right time.
