Stoke in loan talks with Monaco striker Gudjohnsen

Stoke City have moved for ex-Tottenham striker Eidur Gudjohnsen.

The Daily Mail says Stoke are in talks to sign Gudjohnsen from Monaco on loan.

Gudjohnsen, 31, spent the second half of last season on loan at Tottenham after falling down the pecking order at Monaco. He has also held talks with Fulham and Rangers.
