Stoke City legend Ricardo Fuller has revealed that he is not happy with the style of play used by the current Potters team.
Fuller was not happy with the work rate and team ethic that was seen within the club during the final months of Mark Hughes spell in charge.
Despite not being impressed with the current squad, he is however hopeful that the club can avoid relegation from the Premier League this term.
He said: "I can't identify with this current team, definitely not. They have no chemistry or camaraderie, it seems like everyone is for themselves. The work ethic has been virtually non-existent this season. It's frustrating and I'm angry about it.
"The last few games under Paul Lambert have been different and they've shown that they can work – and they have almost got results as a consequence.
"It has been a completely different mentality to the squad we had. Look at Wilko, Dicko, Rory, Liam, Danny, all the other lads in my time: our identity is totally different to the present team. Maybe that's why they are in this predicament.
"We know how hard we worked to get there. We know how much fans pay to watch games. We know how many brilliant moments we created.
"Talent is a basic requirement, it's mental toughness you need to be a winner."
