Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen admits he was surprised to see Dave Kitson turn on teammate Abdoulaye Faye during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Wigan.

Sorensen said: "That's the first time I've seen Dave wound up, but showing passion is OK as long as it doesn't get out of hand. It was controlled very easily."
