Stoke City goalkeeper Thomas Sorensen may have played his way to a new contract with his FA Cup final performance.
The Denmark international is discussing a new contract and he didn't do his chance of a fresh deal any harm.
Manager Tony Pulis said: "I was right behind the second of his saves and thought: 'It's a goal'. That has to be the save of the season."
But of his team's performance, Pulis added: "Some of the players are disappointed with themselves for not reaching what they feel they should have been capable of."
