Thomas Sorensen could possibly move away from Stoke during the January transfer window. The Denmark international is happy with the Potters but still harbours ambitions of competing in either the Europa League or UEFA Champions League.
And the 33-year-old, who only signed a new deal in November, may be tempted to head to pastures new if an approach which he finds appealing is forthcoming in the coming weeks.
"It wasn't long ago and it was an unofficial enquiry." Sorensen told spn.dk.
"It was from one of the biggest clubs (in Europe), but it was not what I am looking for at the moment."
"My ambition is to play at the highest possible level. That is the World Cup with the national team and European competitions with the club.
"I am happy where I am, but does an offer come, it will be hard to refuse."
