Stoke keeper Nash admits European offers

Stoke City goalkeeper Carlo Nash rejected a move to Europe to pen a new deal.

Nash admits he was tempted to try his luck elsewhere, away from British shores, but has come to conclusion that he does not have things too bad at Stoke.

He told The Sentinel: "I had a few possible alternatives to move abroad, but they weren't quite right for me.

"In the forefront of my mind I wanted to go somewhere where I'd be playing more, but it didn't materialise in the end.

"I'm settled here and love the club, everything about the place, and the fans are great, so I'm certainly happy here."
