Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland is proud to be part of England's U21 Euros squad.
He has already been capped at senior level but is relishing the prospect of playing in the European U21 Championships next month.
Butland, 22, insists he has never thought of abandoning the U21s.
He said: "No, never. For me, playing for England is the pinnacle.
"You can't underestimate what players go through with injuries and the physical and mental strain.
"But I know the lads we will take the tournament will be 110 per cent committed to winning it."
