Stoke City boss Tony Pulis may choose to hold onto Kenwyne Jones this month.

Whether Stoke decide to sell Jones may depend on the fitness of Peter Crouch, who is still recovering from the mouth injury that cost him both his place and several teeth.

Pulis said: "He's still got problems and needs to get those sorted out. It is a worry - if he got a bang there I don't think it would be very good for him. We'll go careful on Peter."
