Stoke City are set to open talks with PSV Eindhoven fullback Erik Pieters.
Potters chairman Peter Coates has confirmed this week Pieters is on their radar.
And Eindhovens Dagblad says PSV has given permission to Pieters to open talks with Stoke. Pieters has only one year left on his PSV deal and the Dutch club are ready to sell him.
