Manchester City's off contract striker Emile Mpenza is set to remain in England.
Mpenza is in the middle of a signing tug-of-war - after Stoke and Cardiff joined Ipswich in the fight to sign him.
The Belgian star, freed by Man City after a year at the club, had agreed terms with the Tractor Boys.
