Stoke City are in talks with Blackburn Rovers for Steven Nzonzi.
The Sunday Mirror says Rovers are trying to ship out midfielder Nzonzi, and he could go to Stoke on loan.
City boss Tony Pulis is unwilling to meet the £5m price tag.
