Stoke City are eyeing PSV Eindhoven frontman Sam Lammers.

TMW says Middlesbrough and West Ham are the other top-flight sides monitoring the progress of Lammers.

The 6ft 2ins forward is under contract until June 2018, but that hasn't stopped reported interest from abroad.

Lammers has been capped three times by Netherlands under-20s after an impressive scoring streak at under-19 level.
