Stoke City defender Kurt Zouma is taking former club St Etienne to a tribunal.

Both Zouma and Napoli defender Faouzi Ghoulam, reports Le Progres, are chasing money owed from their departures in January 2014.

The pair are demanding severance pay, as well as damages and interest, with the amount being worth over €1m each.

A decision is expected from the local labor tribunal on October 16.

Zouma is this season playing on-loan at Stoke from Chelsea.
