Stoke defender Upson rejects Southampton loan move

Stoke City defender Matthew Upson has rejected a move to Southampton.

The Daily Mail says Saints have been rebuffed in a loan bid for Stoke defender Upson.

England defender Upson was unwilling to join and Nigel Adkins is considering a loan move for Stoke's Danny Collins instead.
