Real Betis remain keen on Stoke City defender Marc Muniesa ahead of the winter market.
El Correo de Andalucia says Real Betis are still monitoring Muniesa's availability as they search for a new defender in January.
Muniesa is quoted as saying: "I said a few days in an interview that my intention is to go out (if needed to play more games). What happens now is that I am playing and I have also scored a goal. I feel very good."
He added: "We talked with (Betis sporting director) Miguel Torrecilla in August but then Stoke wouldn't let me leave. I have watched every Betis game since.
"I'm from Lloret de Mar and in my town there are many Betis supporters who are my friends telling me that I should go to Betis. I played there with Barca B a few years ago and loved the stadium and the people."
