Bradford City have signed defender Andrew Davies from Stoke City. The 27-year-old spent the majority of the 2011/12 season on loan at Valley Parade.
Bantams boss Phil Parkinson told BBC Radio Leeds: "I'm very pleased. Andrew's a leader, he's very committed and it's great to get him on board.
"He's a good influence on the players around him on the pitch.
Parkinson added: "He's been here before and he knows how we work and he knows the potential of this club.
"I think the ground and the fanbase we have is a real lure for us to bring players here."
