Geoff Cameron says there is no doubt Stoke City is a top-ten team.
The Potters currently sit 13th on the Premier League, however, having come up against the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal in their first seven matches, they have been excused for their slow start.
And Cameron believes the addition of the new players at the club will help catapult them into the top half to the table.
"We've had a tough schedule," he said.
"If you look at last year we had three points from seven games and we've already more than doubled that. You have to break down the season and see where you get points and we're climbing.
"We're a top 10 team, no doubt. The guys we have that we've added onto our team have boosted us tremendously and we've grown as a team with experience. I think we will kick on from here on up."
