Stoke City are trying everything in their power to secure Bruno Martins Indi before the deadline shuts this weekend.

The Porto defender has yet to arrive in England to complete his medical, but it is understood the Potters are confident the deal will get done.

A £7m fee has been agreed with the Portuguese club.

Now Stoke must hurry proceedings if they are to register the Holland international before Saturday's clash with Everton.
