Stoke City crock Ibrahim Afellay is in Barcelona for injury treatment.

The former Barca midfielder is visiting specialist Dr Ramon Cugat as he recovers from his latest knee injury.

Afellay suffered the setback in April and is still in the stage of recovery.

The midfielder has been joined at the clinic by Manchester City pair Kevin de Bruyne and Vincent Kompany.

The Belgian pair will also be treated by Cugat this week.
