Stoke City are closing in on PSV Eindhoven defender Erik Pieters.
The Daily Mail says manager Mark Hughes will table an offer of around £3million for the PSV Eindhoven defender who has refused a new contract.
Hughes will table an offer of around £3m for the Dutch international, who was chased by Tony Pulis in the January transfer window.
