Stoke City are believed to be showing significant interest in Sunderland's Seb Larsson.
The Mirror suggests that the Potters are hoping to lure the Swedish midfielder to the Britannia Stadium this summer when his contract with the Black Cats expires.
Larsson, who arrived at the Stadium of Light from Birmingham City in 2011, will become a free agent at the start of July and could continue his career with Stoke who are reported to be very keen to get him to Staffordshire.
However, the Potters may have competition from the likes of Borussia Monchengladbach, Besiktas and Galatasaray who have also been credited with making offers for Larsson's services.
