Stoke City are keen to make the most of their link-up with Orlando City in the US.
Stoke hope to benefit after organising a 10-day trip to Florida next month that will see them take on sister club Orlando.
“A trip to America is good in terms of keeping ourselves known and keeping a footprint in the United States," said chief executive Tony Scholes to The Sentinel.
“It's a big market and they are growing as a soccer country, as they call it. The TV deal that we get for the Premier League in the States is an important one.
“We hope that our partnership with Orlando will lead to a number of benefits as a club and I'm pleased that very early on we can go on and capitalise on it."
