Stoke City have gone cold on Lokomotiv Moscow's Ghana international winger Haminu Dramani.

Potters chief executive Tony Scholes told BBC Radio Stoke: "He wants to come, I don't know where his club sits - time has moved on.

"I don't know whether he's top of [manager] Tony Pulis' list. It's a maybe, a maybe not."
