Stoke City are chasing Hannover striker Mame Biram Diouf.
The Daily Mail says Stoke manager Mark Hughes is close to sealing a surprise £6million move for ex-Manchester United striker Diouf.
The Senegal international was a flop at Old Trafford but has rebuilt his reputation at Bundesliga side Hannover 96 and scored in a 2-1 friendly win over West Bromwich Albion in Austria on Thursday night.
