Stoke City chairman Peter Coates says they won't block any player from leaving the club next month.

He told last night's AGM: "There are players in the Premier League who, quite frankly, are happy just to sit on the bench and pick up a lot of money. But we have a good squad of players here with good characters and the right attitude. If players said they wanted to be playing then we would try to assist them on that."
