Stoke City chairman Peter Coates was disappointed with their draw against West Bromwich Albion.
Coates acknowledged the poor display against Albion, but insists Stoke were denied victory by poor officiating after Carlos Vela equalised when offside.
"It was probably the worst we've played at home this season," he acknowledged to The Sentinel, "and possibly the worst all season.
"Having said that, Vela was offside twice in the same incident and the linesman twice failed to do his job properly."
Stoke now face a resurgent West Ham, but Coates is confident they can recover their form sooner rather than later.
"We haven't had too many poor games this season," he said.
