Stoke City chairman Peter Coates is backing England to reach the World Cup's final eight.
Coates is looking forward to the Brazil tournament.
"I am hoping for the quarter-finals," he told The Sentinel. "I think we can surprise one or two people because he has picked a youngish squad, which is something I'm pleased about."
