Stoke City captain Ryan Shawcross is delighted for manager Tony Pulis after victory at QPR eased their relegation fears.
Shawcross said there had been no panic in the Stoke ranks, despite sliding down the table and going from hopefuls for Europe to relegation candidates.
He says much of the credit for Saturday's victory goes to Potters manager Tony Pulis for the way he kept the players focused.
He explained: "The manager has been great. He has settled us down. He knew we were a good team and we know we are a good team who can win games.
"We move on now to another big game and hopefully another three points."
