Stoke City boss Tony Pulis says he won't pressure Thomas Sorensen to retire from international football.

The 35-year-old Denmark goalkeeper, who recently won his 100th cap, is currently contemplating his international prospects.

"That is a big decision for Thomas," said Pulis, "and a decision that only he can make.

"I know how much playing for his country has meant to him and I will respect whatever decision he makes."
