The People says Pulis is keen to land the Spurs pair in an ambitious £20million raid and has now been offered Honduran midfielder Palacios on his own – as Spurs chief Harry Redknapp keeps Crouch until he lands a replacement.

But the Potters have declined the chance to land Palacios in a £10m swoop and, for the time being, Pulis is insisting he wants both players.
