Stoke City boss Tony Pulis hopes to make loan signings from Premiership rivals this season.
"We will be looking at top clubs who won't see us as a threat," Pulis told The Sentinel.
"There are different rules than we had to work with last year but, again, we will try to use them to our advantage if we can."
