Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has gone back to school in order to gain his UEFA coaching licence.
"It's been quite intense, but still enjoyable. We've done all kinds of things this week, and not just on managing at a senior level.
"We've also been looking at youth-team football by concentrating on Chelsea's Academy as an example.
"After this week, I think there are another four occasions when we meet up as part of the course, then there will also be a trip abroad to watch how things are done at a top European club.
"It's got to be done, of course, but I don't think it will change me much as a manager. I am what I am."
