Stoke City boss Tony Pulis says Thomas Sorensen should be Denmark's No1, despite axing the goalkeeper himself.
Sorensen hasn't played in the Premier League since October and fears he could now be dropped from his national team for the February friendly with England.
Pulis said: "His attitude in the last few months has been exceptional. When things are not going well you learn about people, and Thomas has never sulked.
"He's done all he can to help Asmir Begovic. He's really gone up in my estimation. He's still as sharp as ever, and he proved that in the last round at Cardiff. If the Denmark manager is watching on Sunday he'll see Thomas will prove that again."
