Stoke City boss Tony Pulis says Harry Redknapp's move to Tottenham is a triumph for English coaches.
He said: "Harry going to Spurs is great because it puts another British manager in with a shout of competing at the top end of the Premier League.
"It became fashionable to go abroad, but I'm a great believer in British coaching. We've got some top coaches and some top managers in this country and, hopefully, the cycle is now turning the other way.
"Perhaps Tottenham going for Harry is the turning point for us."
