Stoke boss Pulis questions foreign owners' commitment

Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has questioned the longevity of foreign owners in the Premiership. He said: "Foreign owners are pumping enormous amounts of money into clubs and it looks like Manchester City are going to be the richest. It's inevitable they will eventually break into the top echelons. "But it remains to be seen what happens when one or more of these type of owners get fed up and decide to walk away with whatever. That has to be a concern because nobody knows."
